Are You Believing These Lies?

I will never forget the first time he told me the words.  I hit me like a wrecking ball to an old brick building.

"You are believing lies."

But, I knew it was true.  My husband reminded me that I was choosing to believe the lies of the enemy over the truth of my Father.

It seemed silly.  Why would a person do this?  But, I knew the answer.  The lies were easier to believe.  In order to get out of the slump I was in, I had to get out of the pit and climb into my Daddy's lap.

Below are a list of "Lies vs Promises" and verses that go along with each.  I encourage you to take this list to your Quiet Time and let the truth soak deep into the pores of your soul.

All things are possible.  (Luke 8:27)

I am able.  (II Cor. 9:8)

  1. Thanks makes one stop and think about what lies we have allowed the enemy in with.
