Review: Therabreath

   

I will try about anything; as long as it isn't harmful, that is.  When a review for TheraBreath came up, I was game.  I don't think that I have horrific breath.  At least I have not been told this on a normal basis.  But, why not make sure.  Right?

TheraBreath sent me three items - Therabreath Fresh Breath Toothpaste, Dr. Katz TheraBreath Oral Rinse, and Therabreath Mouth Wetting Lozenges.  These products were all created by Dr. Harold Katz to help his daughter who suffered from bad breath. 

Toothpaste - When using this product, I never felt like my teeth got really clean.  I always ended up rebrushing with my normal Crest.  I know...they claim that it is the brushing that gets teeth clean, not the paste.  Just being honest.  Also, this toothpaste does not foam or bubble up like normal toothpaste.  Kind of a weird feeling if you have used normal toothpaste for a long time.  I did notice that the toothpaste had the same active ingredients and percentage that my Crest did which made me feel better. 

Oral Rinse - The rinse was a surprise as it didn't provide a minty sensation that I am used to from other oral rinses.  This was a "clean" feeling very similar to rinsing with hydrogen peroxide. 

The Dr. Harold Katz Therabreath Mouth Wetting Lozenges were my least favorite of the products.  My mouth went numb when using them.

AH!  I really hate this.  Honestly I have been dreading this post.  I have tried the products different times since I received them hoping that I would have a more positive thought.  I even went and read some other reviews thinking that I have missed something.  The reviews on Amazon are very good.  Unfortunately, I just can't agree with the experience that I have had.

Please understand that if I had chronic bad breathe, this product might be amazing.  I don't know...
